One thing I value is consistency. I have popped in here a few times and the staff is always kind and inviting. Even where there is a line of customers the ladies take their time and making evey single cup. Today was by far the worst experience I've had at the coffe shop. While the young man was very kind, he rushed in making my order which caused the drinks to be less than fulfilling. I would LOVE to give more stars for this visit but unfortunately he wasn't too concerned when I let him know that the drink was off. While I will still be a customer, I would like the young man to know that there is not a need to rush an order because there is a line. We as customers understand this is a very busy coffee shop and we come and patiently wait for great drinks! On a normal visit it will always be 5 stars for me. It's lower this time bc I was raving about the coffee and had someone try it for the first time and both of our drinks were very underwhelming. UPDATE: Tara the owner reached out and we had an amazing conversation. I really appreciate the conflict resolution skills that Tara has and how she genuinely cares about not only her customers and her staff but people in general. I will

My go to drink has been the iced Dustin. We’re here at least 3 times a week, my toddler enjoys playing with this toy set lol

I don’t leave reviews, never been that person. But I only have when an establishment is truly exceptional. And come alive coffee house is exactly that! The coffee is actually delicious, not burnt like the big chains or overly pumped with flavors that the taste is garbage. The coffee is literally perfect, service is homey and friendly as if they’ve known you forever. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy and feels like home, most coffee houses are loud and overstimulating, but here it’s just right! The best vibe! And the PASTRIES!!! Guys. Unlike anything I’ve ever had, mouth watering stuff. Please go see them!

Very clean and organized. Ran by some amazing and friendly people. This place is such a vibe. Dark walls and a warm environment. The coffee taste perfect. I go in and tell them to surprise me and it comes out so good every time! I hope to see this place stay successful because it’s exactly what downtown needed!
